Spectrum Groupe is pleased to announce that we are releasing Conent Status for Confluence Cloud.

Content Status is an easy way to help you organizing and classifying your content pages. A space administrator can simply define a list of status to allow users tagging the content in a visual way using colors, text panel and an awesome icon.

1- Spectrum Content Status Macros

Our App uses SP Content Status macro that can be inserted within any Confluence Page to set its status and display the information in a clear way.

SP Content Status

The SP Content Status allows user to define a status for a selected page. The status is configurable and  created in the space configuration.

2- Spectrum Content Status Dashboard

Statuses dashboard page lists all the pages which has a SP content Status Macro in a table with their details.

This dashboard  facilitate page search by status.

3- Spectrum Content Status Configuration

The list of status is per space. So, The status will be configured in space's configuration.

To manage the status : 

  • Navigate to space administration of you space (Space tools)

  • Navigate to Add-ons section

  • Navigate to Content Status

Spectrum Groupe is pleased to announce that we are releasing Glossary version 5.0.1. This version includes multiple bug fixes for both Data Center and Server versions.

IMPROVEMENTS

  • Add new Sanity check methods to:

    • Search and delete duplication of data saved in the database related to space configuration, Metas and Languages

    • Check if the Glossary saved page ids (the one containing the overview macro) are correct.

    • Check if the letter saved page ids are correct.

BUGS

  • Fix the migration issues that happened to some of our customers.

  • Fix the missing spaces in the Glossaries Dashboard for some customers (Problem related to permissions to see spaces by group permissions within Confluence using an LDAP directory)
